Klimato is a SaaS startup from Stockholm on a mission to reduce the climate impact from food. The solution, that was introduced to the market in 2019, enables the food industry to create more climate friendly meals and enables consumers to make climate conscious choices. We are an ambitious group of 30 people and over the course of the last three years we have helped our customers to reduce their carbon footprint from food by an average of 10.9% YoY. Our client base already includes several large international companies and great brands and more are to come as the company expands in a fast pace into a global arena.
As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) you will hold one of the key positions in the management team with overall responsibility for revenue at Klimato, encompassing both new and existing customers. The CRO will develop forecasting structures, oversee overall sales, customer success and marketing performance and has a responsibility to harmonize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all commercial departments. With support from the commercial management team, you drive and develop comprehensive commercial strategies, including go-to-market- and pricing strategies as well as customer retention strategies. You keep them all aligned within the commercial teams (and with other teams) and set strategies that are well documented and updated. You support the commercial management team on project prioritization such as geographic expansion, new features, integrations, and data gathering. The responsibilities also include aligning priorities with other stakeholders in the team and to support with project management on behalf of the commercial teams.
